On many occasions we hear about the Gaza Strip but rarely have information about what has happened, what territory it belongs to and it is still news.

The Gaza Strip has a high population index, one of the densest, for only an area of 360 square kilometers that is completely fenced except for the Mediterranean Sea coast.
History of the Gaza Strip
From 1917 to 1948 the Gaza Strip began as a province of the British Mandate of Palestine but After the decision taken by the UN in 1947 to leave between Palestine and the new state of Israel, this step became part of the Palestinian State.

In In the year 2000 there is a Palestinian uprising in the face of what the Israeli army responds with multiple incursions into the Strip in retaliation, which translates into limitations of freedom as border checkpoints are placed that restrict the displacements.
Finally, in 2005 a withdrawal plan was approved by the Israeli parliament but begins a new civil war motivated by the followers of Hamas and Al Fatah in 2007, being Hamas who remains in power expelling members of Al Fatah, were of the social class that was, what supposed that in the West Bank a new government was formed which has been considered the only legitimate power of Palestine and has received support from many international countries.
