However, in the rest of the periods an absolute polytheism remained, being generally the image of Amon , (father of all winds) the most revered. And it was also in the case of the reign of the queen-pharaoh Hatshepsut .
Taking advantage of the unconditional support of the clergy of Thebes and by the high priest Hapuseneb , the queen attributes her designation of Pharaoh to the god Amon himself, who expressed his wishes through the oracle. On the other hand, on the second terrace of the temple in Deir el-Bahari there is a plastic sample of theogamy, or divine birth , appearing for the first time in the history of Egypt .Alli the queen expresses her rights and justifies why she should be the ruler of Upper and Lower Egypt , leaving her reasons patented before all men and gods.
Her rational and religious explanation is justified by the bonds that the they unite with their father, Thutmose I. According to her, Amon has incarnated in her father to beget her.In another scene, Amon appears approaching the Anj (symbol of life) in the mouth of Hatshepsut's mother, Amosis , sitting facing the god, presenting the divine situation This justifies the divinity that Hatshepsut had to acquire in order to be Pharaoh, considering that the pharaohs are considered a divinity.
Lastly, the Queen's policy should be highlighted through his long period of government. The construction of temples was one of the queen's most repeated actions, expanding, remodeling and creating new places of worship to Amon .The best known and most impressive has been the temple of Deir el-Bahari , one of the jewels of Egyptian architecture.
